Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

1. Exchange or store credit only. NO REFUNDS.

2. Please contact customer service at 800-878-2446 for Return Authorization.

3. Return requests must be made within 7 days after receiving.

4. All returns must be in its original condition.

5. Customer is responsible for return freight.
(With exception for wrong or defective merchandise.)

Missing or Damage Claims:

1. Retain all packing material and original container. Shipping company may come to inspect.

2. Report missing or damage merchandise to customer service at 800-878-2446 immediately. Customer service will provide instructions on procedures to replace the missing or damaged merchandise.

3. We will try our best to replace the merchandise, or you may chose to receive store credit.
