Returning or Exchanging Merchandise

  • Exchange or store credit only within 7 days of delivery. NO REFUNDS.
  • Please contact customer service at 800-878-2446 for Return Authorization.
  • All returns must be in original condition with all packaging and parts.

Missing or Damaged Merchandise

  • Retain all parts and packaging materials.
  • Report missing or damaged merchandise immediately to customer service at 800-878-2446. They will provide instructions for receiving a replacement item or store credit.
  • Do not submit a claim to the shipping provider. Call us first for assistance.
